Product Description:
An epitaxial wafer is produced from silicon monocrystals with a diameter 100 and 150 mm. An epitaxial wafer is intended for use in semiconductor industry. Epitaxy is a process where another layer of monocrystal silicon is deposited on a substrate of monocrystal silicon.
Other information:
An epitaxial wafer requires extreme cleanliness of an entire process and high accuracy during production. The production of silicon wafers includes both chemical and engineering operations.
